Master Potter Franz Keck awakened one morning in the fall
of 2001 not expecting how his day would begin. But
when he arrived at work, Gabi Zitzler (his artist) laid the
magazine Stern in front of him and said, "Franz,
look! That bowl comes from our shop!". For
Keck, there was no doubt, "The candy bowl that lay on the Dursley's living room table was produced in our workshop."
Indeed, it was Keck's personal design!
Somehow, the London film studio of Warner Brothers had
obtained the bowl (filled with English Pralines in the
Liebowitz picture) to
adorn the Muggle family home of Petula and Vernon Dursley
(and of course, their beloved son Dudley)..
Keck still makes these special bowls. And now, all
of you Potter (and hopefully Muggle) fans can buy the same
bowl here......
